Dr. Troy Sedlmeyer completed undergraduate studies in Biology at West Virginia University before his medical degree, also at WVU. He then did his Internship and Residency training at WVU in Family Medicine.
Dr. Sedlmeyer practiced in a rural clinic in Mannington, WV before joining Wedgewood Family Practice in Morgantown, WV. After several years, he began working with MedExpress Urgent Care in Morgantown, WV.
His interests are in preventive care and wellness.

Originally from Hollsopple, PA, he came to West Virginia after serving in the U.S. Air Force and also working with the U.S. Marine Corp through military contractors performing equipment maintenance and renovations.
